I have known Susan Cooley for over 10 years. She is very dedicated to getting the job done and hardworking above and beyond normal expectations, a great asset to any project. In this day and age it is difficult to find people who are personable and will be up front and honest with you at the same time. That’s what she and her associates bring to the table.
We were delighted when Susan Cooley agreed to come to the rescue of our website. We are an online real estate school providing courses that are regulated by the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Our website is far more than an informational site.
It is more complex than most websites in that it has an extensive backend or administrative side. The admin portion of our site allows students to register, log-in, and run our video courses. The variety of browsers, firewall and antivirus software used by students can be problematic. Furthermore, we must confirm that students have proper versions of flash and java script loaded on their computers.
Additionally our admin side of our website must satisfy regulators by providing an audit trail of start and completions times for video sessions and online quizzes.
Our original webmaster had us in a mess. Susan debugged the existing website during a very critical business cycle. She then moved us to our own server which she maintains for us. We are now working with Susan on a complete rewrite of our website to take advantage of capabilities new programming languages offer. Susan has improved SEO for the CareerAcademyofRealEstate.com site as well.
We are extremely pleased with the work Susan has done for us and highly recommend her for website design, programming expertise and SEO knowledge.

I can’t thank Donnis Palmer and Susan Cooley enough for all the initial education and continuing support after my Social Media CE class.
